Make a batch of cinnamon roll mix from scratch and store it in the freezer for up to 2 months.
If you’re making your cinnamon roll from scratch, you’ll want to make sure you have a small amount of the ingredients already in the food processor.
You can use the cinnamon roll doughnut or muffin dough, but it’s best to use the doughnut mix.
The dough will keep for up the next two weeks in the fridge.
Take a large bowl and add the cinnamon mix to the bowl and pulse a few times to combine the ingredients.
This process will help the dough come together and get a smooth texture.
Using a mandolin, cut a slice of cinnamon on a piece of paper.
Use the tip of the mandolin to shape the slice.
Using the mandolins tip, press the slices together and form a doughnut shape.
When the doughnuts are ready, take a small bowl and pour the dough into a small baking dish and top with a little of the cinnamon mixture.5.
