A new type of paint chip designed to help young people with autism or ADHD find a way to get ahead in school is being tested in the U.K. to see if it can improve their academic performance.
The chip was developed by a company in Denmark, which hopes it will help some children with the condition find a better way to succeed.
“If this is a successful product, then we will probably continue to see more and more kids in this kind of school, as the demand for it grows,” said Christian Van Veen, the CEO of the company, Paints, which is based in Denmark.
“The children will be the ones who are going to have the most success.”
“In the future, we hope to create other types of chips to help people with other kinds of conditions to get into a more normal educational environment,” he said.
“We’ve already had a couple of chips in our labs and it has been quite successful.”
Van Veen said the chips were being tested with children with ADHD and autism and also children with learning disabilities.
He said he hoped the chips would eventually be sold commercially in the UK.
The company is currently developing a more advanced version for children with severe learning disabilities and other conditions.
“Our aim is to have them available in the next few years,” Van Vouden said.
“We’re also thinking of introducing a smaller version to kids who have learning difficulties.
It’s a little bit more limited now, but we will eventually be able to offer that.”
The company hopes to begin testing the chips in the coming months.
Van Voudon said the chip works by creating a bond between the child with the chip and the teacher or teacher assistant.
“The chip makes the teacher think that the child is listening and paying attention to what the child says,” he told the BBC.
“That’s a great feeling.”
In a video on its website, the company said the “chip” is designed to work with different types of paint chips.
It said the best paint chips are made with titanium dioxide, a high-strength material that has been used to make the popular paint chips in “every single piece of electronics and computer equipment.”
“The titanium dioxide will create a strong bond with the child,” the company wrote.

“It’s not only good for the child but also for the teachers and the children,” he added.
“These are very young children, but the chip is going to make a big difference.”
Van Van Vien said the new chip has been tested with students with learning difficulties, but that it would also be a useful tool for anyone with a learning disability.
“A lot of people who have autism or learning disabilities have very poor language skills,” he explained.
“There’s a lot of different things you can do with this chip.”
There are some other chips, like the paint-chip with red dots, which have a lot more information in it.
