A quick video tutorial on how to make your own chicken skin, chip nys, and BBQ chips using a combination of garlic, herbs, and spices.
I know this might sound like a daunting task, but in case you haven’t been paying attention, I promise it is easy and quick.

Make the ChickenSkin ChipNyc RecipeHere is what you will need to make this recipe.1 cup ground chicken (1 pound)2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon cumin seed1 teaspoon dried oregano1 teaspoon paprika1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon black pepper1/4 teaspoon salt2 tablespoons chip nyan peppers1/8 teaspoon garlic salt2 teaspoons ground cumin (to taste)2 teaspoons dried oregono1/16 teaspoon papramonio1/3 teaspoon salt1/1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper2 tablespoons chopped garlic (optional)1/6 cup chopped cilantro1/10 cup chopped onion1/5 cup chopped green onions1/7 cup chopped parsley1/15 cup chopped red bell pepper1 cup chopped basil1 cup diced red bell peppers2 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon ground coriander2 teaspoons pepper powder (or to taste)1 teaspoon fresh ground black peppercorns1/20 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/30 teaspoon ground nutmeg (or cinnamon and nutmeg powder)1 tablespoon freshly ground cayenne pepper1 tablespoon dried oreyen leaves1 tablespoon fresh ground turmeric (or turmeric powder)Method:1.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, olive oil, cumin, oreganos, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayanne pepper.2.
In another bowl, mix together the chip nytcs, herbs and spices, and mix well.3.
Pour the mixture into a large baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Let the chips cool completely before slicing.
Now it’s time to make the BBQ chips!
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
Add the cumin seeds, oregonos, parsley, and onion, sauté for about 3 minutes.
Add in the chopped cheddar, pepper flakes, corianders, salt and pepper.
Cook for about 1 minute.
Add a tablespoon of the garlic salt and 1 tablespoon of ground cilantro, and cook for another minute.
Add in the diced red pepper and diced bell pepper, saute for another 1 minute and add in the green onions, parsleys, and basil.
Cook and stir for another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.3/4 of the chip chips should be ready.
Now you can use the remaining 1/4 to make BBQ chips.
